How we work

A studio,
not a factory.

We take on a small number of engagements each year so we can ship things we'd happily put our name on. Eight people, four phases, one team you'll actually meet.

Code Craft Studios works in four phases over 14 to 28 weeks: Discovery (2 weeks), Design (3 to 6 weeks), Build (8 to 16 weeks), and Ship & Tend (90 days, then ongoing care).

  1. 01

    Discovery

    2 weeks

We map the product, audit competitors, and write a one-page bet you sign off on. If we don't both believe in it, we don't build.

  2. 02

    Design

    3 to 6 weeks

We design the product end-to-end in high fidelity. Weekly Friday reviews, no decks, real prototypes you tap on a phone.

A small senior team. Two-week shipping cycles to TestFlight and internal Android tracks. You see the app on a device every week.

Code Craft Studios builds native mobile apps in two categories: focus and productivity tools like DepthWork, and viral consumer micro-apps like Pocket Senate.
